Ophelia’s Packages
Ophelia’s Base Rental Fee - $795
Each event includes four hours of elevated bar service, with additional hours available upon request. Set-up and breakdown are included at no extra cost, ensuring everything is in place before your first guest arrives. Every package also comes with all essential bar equipment, ice, napkins, disposable cups, a custom menu board, and travel within 100 miles round-trip from Leadville, Colorado. For events beyond this distance, a modest travel fee may apply.
A personalized pre-event consultation is included with every booking. During this conversation, we’ll explore your vision for the event, decide on what types of drinks and/or cocktails you'd like to offer, and even dream up creative names to match your theme or aesthetic. Whether you lean classic, seasonal, or whimsical, we’ll ensure your bar menu reflects your unique style and occasion.
While we are legally unable to supply alcohol directly, you have two simple options: you may purchase and provide the alcohol yourself for the day of the event, or, if preferred, we’ll coordinate the order through one of our trusted local partners and include the cost in your final invoice. Either way, we’ll help make the process seamless, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

TIER 1:
The Geneva

With the Geneva package we serve wine, beer, hard seltzers/canned cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
We also provide beverage tubs, coolers, ice for tubs and coolers, cups, beverage napkins and your choice of two non-alcoholic options.
This package requires a second bartender for guest counts over 75 guests.

$300 per bartender for 4 hours (a second bartender is required at 60+ guests)
An additional $80 per bartender will be applied for additional hours after 4 hours (max 6 hours)
Travel/lodging fees will be applied for events over an hour away from zip code 80461.
The Fenwick
TIER 2:

The Fenwick package includes everything in the first package with the addition of your classic cocktails. We will provide club soda, tonic, ginger beer, orange juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, bitters with fresh lemon and lime garnishes.
This package requires a second bartender for guest counts over 75 guests.

$350 per bartender for 4 hours (a second bartender is required at 50+ guests)
An additional $90 per bartender will be applied for additional hours after 4 hours (max 6 hours)

TIER 3:
The Lennox

Includes everything in the first two packages with the addition of two of our signature cocktails made with fresh juices, house made simples syrups as well as fresh or house made dehydrated garnishes.

Additional Mileage
Mileage Over 100 Miles Round-Trip
We travel for free up to 100 miles round-trip from Leadville, Colorado. Every mile after that, we charge $2.50 per mile.

Alcohol & Liquor
At Ophelia’s, we’re here to make your event feel seamless, stylish, and stress-free — and that includes how we handle alcohol. Because mobile bar businesses in Colorado are not permitted to carry a liquor license, we are legally unable to directly sell alcohol ourselves.
But don’t worry — we’ve got two easy options to make sure your bar is fully stocked:
Option 1:
We work closely with a trusted local liquor store that offers excellent service and competitive pricing. Once we finalize your menu, we’ll order and pick up the alcohol for you. The cost of the alcohol will simply be added to the final invoice as a separate line item.
This is our most convenient option — you don’t lift a finger, and your bar arrives fully stocked.
Option 2:
Prefer to handle it yourself? You’re welcome to purchase the alcohol directly and provide it to us prior to your event. We’ll give you a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and menu, and we’ll take it from there — chilling, prepping, serving, and restocking throughout the event.
This option gives you flexibility and allows you to shop where and how you’d like.
